In particular, the products at the health food workshop will be produced on three lines: solid, soft capsule, and liquid form with modern and high-tech machinery system. The soft capsule line system is imported CBU from Korea and trained by Korean experts for technology transfer. The expected output of the health food workshop is 22 million hard capsules, 11 million soft capsules and 25,000 liters of liquid.

In addition to the health food workshop, Bigfa also focuses on investing in the cosmetics workshop with dry lines to produce masks, powders and wet forms for the production of cream, serum, lotion, gel, lipstick, etc. perfume.

To ensure quality input materials, the company built a 20ha material growing area in Hoa Binh and linked with medicinal herbs growing areas in other provinces such as Nghe An, Lao Cai, Sapa...

Currently, Hoa Binh herbal medicine area is being built to meet GACP-WHO standards and has obtained safety certificates for medicinal plants and medicinal herbs. In particular, the number of herbs grown in Hoa Binh medicinal area includes 11 types, including sand wing, ha tho o, sand ginseng, prickly pear, honeysuckle, dong quai, dan ginseng, areca ginseng, Dai Hanh ginseng, and natural ginseng. eastern subject.
