• Responsible for product including market research, product insight building, strategic planning, product life cycle, annual brand plan.

• Identify and analyze products, brands, trends, customers, consumers and competitive information into marketing plans.

• Effectively manage marketing, advertising and product promotion activities to achieve short-term and long-term business goals; including targets on revenue, sales, profit and market share.

• Understand market research design and implications for therapeutics, dietary supplements, and functional foods.

• Identify sound design approaches to research based on hypotheses and case constraints. Interpret research results and draw appropriate insight based on the results.

• Keep abreast of market dynamics, competition, products, medical conditions, treatment areas, and current research, and use this information to craft a compelling message to your audience. target. Understand the healthcare business environment, government policies; distribution channels; and pricing strategies.

• Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Conducts, legal requirements, ethical standards and Company Safety and Business procedures

Job requirements

EXPERIENCE:

- At least 4 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management.

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

NEEDED SKILLS:

- Must be strong in Digital Marketing

- Good at English.

- Proven multi-function capabilities

SKILLS WELL:

- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry, OTC trade, Functional foods

- Creative thinkers and problem solvers

- Well communication skill

- Project management experience, solid understanding of project management principles and techniques

- Being able to communicate in Korean or Japanese is a plus.
